At first, it?s characteristically figure-hugging, sitting close all the way down the dropped waist, where a double layer of fringing dances and sways to form its floor-sweeping hem. A definite nod to the Roaring Twenties. Up top, the double straps and cut-outs ensure it?s as current as can be, as does the eco-conscious recycled rayon blend.
