Checked high-rise cotton midi skirtR13 may have been established in the depths of New York by designer Chris Leba, but for sartorial inspiration, the grit and glamour of punk London was soon calling. Whipped up from pure cotton, this midi skirt is cloaked in a kilt-check print and crowned with a silver-toned safety pin at the split seam. Cut to a calf-skimming length, it's equally suited to hiking across the Scottish Highlands as it is to striding through Carnaby Street.
